Don’t forget – daylight savings ends. The clocks fall back to Mountain Standard time Sunday morning!

Race number pickup starts at 11:00 am at the Rosemont Hall. Check list posted outside the hall to find your team #.  Please be prepared to have one team member pick up all race numbers for your team(s)  Team number pickup will close at 11:30 am in order to start the race on time! Bring safety pins – we don’t have many.

11:45 am          1 Km Kids Race

12:00 noon       3 x 3 km Relay Race

The relay is a 3-person 3 km figure-eight course on groomed grass, with a shallow creek crossing – you will likely get wet feet. Each team member runs the same route. Bring dry shoes & socks to put on after the race.
Kids’ 1 km course is on groomed grass.

Pre-Registration is now CLOSED . If you completely forgot about the preregistration, but still want to run, print and fill out this tri-fold form, and bring it along with the payment on Sunday – we will try to accommodate you.

Team Captains will need to pay relay entry fee (cash) for the entire team when picking up bibs on Sunday prior to the race, starting at 11 am.

IMPORTANT !  As the Club needs all runners to sign the Release Waiver (because of insurance!) we ask team Captains to print out this tri-fold form, fill out your team data and have the Release signed by your team members or their parent/guardian – in exchange for the race bibs.

If you have an incomplete team, looking for a team to run with, or an additional runner – please text Marion the Race Director (403-874-5098) or email CRR_XC@calgaryroadrunners.com. We will try to match you with other team-less runners; you never know, you could get Andre De Grasse as a teammate!

Parents entering their child in the <less than> 1 km kids’ run – please print, fill in, and sign the tri-fold form. There will also be printed copied of the document at the registration table.

Entry Fees (per runner)

• $12 General entry
• $8 Calgary Roadrunner members
• $6 Full-time student
• $0 for Kids’ 1K Race. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for each child entered in the Kids’ 1K Race.  Parents should print and sign a Kids 1K waiver form (also available at the start).

Amenities: Washrooms upstairs & downstairs in the Rosemont Community Hall.

Post-Race Soup and Social:
Rosemont Hall 2807 10th St. NW.  a 100 meters from the start line.
Hot soup, rolls and beverages will be served. Please contact the race directors if you would like to bring hot soup.

All runners are asked to bring a dessert (cookies, squares, muffins, etc.) to share with race participants.

Bring a mug, bowl and spoon to reduce the amount of waste.

Volunteers are needed to help at the finish line and directing runners on the course. A huge thank you to our volunteers who make this event a success. Please contact the race directors if you would like to volunteer at the event.
