Event Schedule

• 11:00 a.m. — Bibs pickup / race fee payment
• 11:45 a.m. — 1 km Kids’ Race
• 12:00 p.m. (noon) — 3 × 3 km Relay Race

Online Pre-registration – Please fill in this Google Form (link) with your Team details. Also, bring a paper registration form (link TBD) with the waiver signed by all team members/parents/guardians on race day.

Race number pickup starts at 11:00 a.m. at Rosemont Hall. Check the list posted outside the hall to find your team number. Please have one team member pick up all bibs for the team. Team number pickup closes at 11:30 a.m. so we can start on time. Bring safety pins — supplies are limited.

The Kids’ 1 km course is on groomed grass.

The relay is a 3‑person, 3 km figure‑eight course on groomed grass, featuring two tunnel runs and two shallow creek crossings — expect wet feet. Each team member runs the same route. Bring dry shoes and socks for after the race.

If you missed preregistration but still want to run, download, print, and fill out a paper form (link TBD, and also available at the registration table) and bring it with payment on Sunday — we will try to accommodate you.

Team Captains must pay the relay entry fee (cash) for the entire team when picking up bibs starting at 11:00 a.m.

Waivers.All runners must sign the Release Waiver (insurance requirement). Team Captains: please print the team form (link TBD), fill in team information, and have all runners — or a parent/guardian for minors — sign the waiver before bib pickup.   *    Parents entering a child in the Kids’ 1 km race must print, fill in, and sign the Kids’ waiver form. Copies will also be available at the registration table.

• $0 for Kids’ 1K Race. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for each child entered in the Kids’ 1K Race.  Parents should print and sign a Kids 1K waiver form (also available at the start).
